Expansion of Pfizer's Vaccines Franchise and Introduction of Pediatric Pneumonia Vaccine in Developing World: Led a strategic communications initiative to help grow Pfizer's Vaccines Franchise, helping to achieve double-digit growth and unprecedented visibility for the business. This success supported Pfizer's acquisition of Wyeth's vaccine assets. Additionally, spearheaded a communications partnership with the GAVI Alliance and the government of Rwanda to introduce the first pediatric pneumonia vaccine in the developing world, reinforcing Pfizer's commitment to corporate social responsibility. This project demonstrates my ability to drive significant business growth through strategic communications programming while advancing global health initiatives through third-party collaborations.

Growth Marketing Plan for Lifelong Learning Nonprofit: Developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for a nonprofit organization serving adults aged 50 and above. This initiative enhanced brand awareness, optimized their digital presence, and achieved double-digit growth in enrollment. The project highlights my ability to deliver impactful, cost-effective programs and drive engagement and conversions through data-driven insights.

Digital Build-Out of Internal Communications: As Global Head of Development Communications, I led a digital transformation initiative to enhance internal communications within Novartis's Pharmaceutical Development organization. This involved implementing change management strategies during a period of significant organizational transformation, developing digital communications such as a new intranet site, change-specific microsites, vlogs, and e-newsletters as well as elevating Novartis's reputation by highlighting the company's innovative approach to drug development and delivery. This project demonstrates my ability to lead large-scale communication initiatives, effectively manage change, and enhance corporate reputation through strategic messaging.

Amplifying Mental Health Outreach Through Strategic Digital Marketing: As a volunteer board member and senior marketing consultant for a mental health nonprofit, I provide strategic guidance on communications and business initiatives. I developed results-driven digital marketing programs to amplify the organization’s mission-driven narrative, support therapist recruitment, and drive fundraising success. This work emphasized my ability to blend strategic oversight with hands-on marketing expertise to address critical organizational challenges.

Corporate Branding and Cultural Transformation: As a member of the leadership team and following Bristol-Myers Squibb's acquisition of DuPont Pharmaceuticals, I led a corporate branding and innovation initiative to accelerate cultural change within the organization. By overseeing the 8-point transformation plan coupled with the development of digital communication platforms, including an intranet site, I enhanced employee engagement and helped align the workforce with the new corporate vision. This project demonstrates my ability to drive organizational change and foster a unified corporate culture.
